1. Confidential Information

Confidential information includes non-public creator data, account metrics, campaign strategy, pricing logic, and business records.

2. Non-Disclosure Commitment

We do not disclose confidential client information to third parties unless required for service delivery under controlled agreements, or where required by law.

3. Access Controls

Data access is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis with role-based permissions and internal controls.

4. Contractual NDA

Where required, we execute a bilateral NDA in addition to the master services agreement before onboarding.
